Booking conditions

Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am.

Booking

  • Prices are per night for the whole chalet, in CHF, VAT included.
  • A rental agreement is sent to you when you book.
  • A 30% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival.
  • Discounts from one week.
  • Minimum stay of 2 nights. A single night is possible at the price of one night plus 50%.
  • Payment by bank transfer, free of charge, or online by card or TWINT; online payment fees are paid by the guest.

Cancellation

  • More than 60 days before arrival: deposit refunded, less a CHF 100 fee.
  • Between 60 and 30 days: the deposit is retained.
  • Less than 30 days: the full amount is due.

Life at the Lodge

  • The Lodge is left tidy, with the washing-up done.
  • Pets are welcome on request.

From 10 pm the valley drifts off to sleep: evenings carry on indoors, so that our neighbours can enjoy the quiet of the night too.
